Welcome to Luxe Core Pilates Studio. By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Luxe Core Pilates provides group Pilates and fitness classes, events, and related wellness services. We may update schedules, pricing, instructors, or offerings at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
3. Accounts & Bookings
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining account security.
All bookings are subject to studio policies, including cancellation windows, late arrivals, and waitlist rules.
4. Payments & Policies
All purchases are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at checkout. Memberships and class packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing or policies at any time.
5. Health & Liability Waiver
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that you are physically able to take part.
Luxe Core Pilates and its instructors are not responsible for injuries or health issues that may occur during participation.

Program Description
You agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Luxe Core Pilates (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, class updates, account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
