A grounding, technique-focused class rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Foundation is all about precision, control, and alignment. You’ll move through traditional mat-based sequences that emphasize breathwork, core engagement, posture, and full-body awareness.

This class is intentionally slower-paced, expect deep muscular activation, mindful movement, and a strong emphasis on building strength from the inside out.

sculpt

Sculpt is where classical Pilates meets modern intensity. This class blends controlled Pilates movements with light weights, pulses, resistance work, and higher repetition sets to create a full-body burn.

Expect continuous movement designed to tone and define muscles while maintaining core stability. Sculpt is rhythmic, energizing, and designed to leave you feeling challenged, strong, and visibly worked—especially through the glutes, arms, and abs.

power

A high-energy, heated movement class that combines athletic cardio sequences with interval-based training. Expect bursts of high-intensity work followed by short recovery periods, designed to elevate heart rate, build endurance, and push full-body conditioning.

You’ll move through dynamic, low-impact sequences, strength-based intervals, and sweat-driven cardio sets—finishing with a strong metabolic burn in the best way.
